Hello, If we haven't met before, I'm Sarah Almond Bushell and I'm a Registered Dietitian turned business coach and proof that you can achieve the business of your dreams.
For 22 years I'd been stuck at the 'glass ceiling' in my NHS role as a paediatric dietitian, but I still wanted more. I'd been a Dietetic Manager, an NHS Business Director and AHP Lead but the only thing I could expect ‘more’ of was stress, burden and red tape.
in 2018 I lost my lovely mum and that was the impetus I needed to take my sideline of seeing private patients more seriously because life really is to short...and so I set about turning it into a profitable business.

In the last 5 years, I’ve gone from full-time NHS Dietitian to running a wildly successful multi 6 figure nutrition business, helping thousands of people in a way that feels easy and aligned.
