The all in one platform I use for my courses, membership site, email service provider, to take payments, landing pages for your freebie lead magnet and it also hosts your website.

It's also available to your customers as an app, so if you do have a course, membership or group programme in the future they can access all the content from their phone. It's not cheap but actually works out less than all the component parts bought separately.

This is the email service provider I use. I only recommend Convertkit since moving away from Mailchimp in 2019. There is a free plan to get you started and you only start paying when you want to begin automation. 

Asana

For Planning Projects and managing processes

Asana is a free of charge web-based tool that allows you to systematise the tasks you do in
your business. Its essentially a productivity tool and its brilliant for keeping you on track ensures consistency between one client and the next. There is an upgrade but even with a team of 4 I haven't needed it yet!

Canva

Graphic Design tool

Canva is the tool I use to create images, graphics, presentation slides and even PDFs. You can play around with different fonts, colours, filters, images and clip art. There is a free plan or you can upgrade for around £100 per year for even more customisations and tools.
