I'm a UK Registered Dietitian & Certified Business Strategist
For 22 years I'd been stuck at the 'glass ceiling' in my NHS role as a paediatric dietitian, but I still wanted more. I'd been a Dietetic Manager, an NHS Business Director and AHP Lead but the only thing I could expect ‘more’ of was stress, burden and red tape.
In 2018 I lost my lovely mum and that was the impetus I needed to take my private practice sideline more seriously because life really is too short...and so I set about turning it into a profitable online business.
And it worked!
In the last 5 years, I’ve gone from full-time NHS Dietitian to running a successful multi 6 figure nutrition business, helping thousands of people in a way that feels easy and aligned.
I've trained at Masters level in business strategy and digital marketing and since 2020 I've been supporting my colleagues so they too can grow successful businesses.
